Marsha Ann Tate, Ph.D., is a central Pennsylvania-based freelance writer, college instructor, and classic film, radio, and television fan. She is the co-author of What America Watched: Television Favorites from the Cornfields to the Cosmos, 1960s -1990s, and author of Web Wisdom: How to Evaluate and Create Information Quality on the Web, 3rd edition (2019), as well as Canadian Television Programming Made for the United States Market: A History with Production and Broadcast Data (2007).
